Lesion Removal in Singapore for Skin Tags, Moles, and Lipoma

Dermatology Collective Skin Surgery Services in Singapore

Sometimes it starts as something small. Maybe a bump, a mole, a lump under the skin, or a nail issue that just doesn’t seem to settle.
You might not be sure what it is, whether it’s something to worry about, or if it should be removed.
That’s usually when it helps to have it properly assessed.
At Dermatology Collective, we provide dermatologist-led lesion removal in Singapore, with a focus on understanding what the condition is first and then guiding you through what can be done next.

Things To Know

  • Assessment helps determine whether a lesion is benign, changing, or requires further evaluation
  • Options available for skin tag, cyst, mole, and lipoma removal
  • Procedures are performed in a clinical setting when appropriate

Not Sure What That Skin Growth Is?

A lot of patients come in with the same concern:
“I noticed something on my skin… I’m not sure what it is.”

You might be dealing with:
  • A small growth that catches on clothing or jewellery
  • A lump under the skin that feels soft or is slowly growing
  • A mole that looks different from the others
  • A spot that has changed in size, shape, or colour
  • A growth that has become irritated, painful, or noticeable
Some of these are harmless. Some may need closer evaluation.
That’s where a proper check makes all the difference.

  • It looks different from your other moles
  • It bleeds, crusts, or becomes itchy
  • A new spot appears and behaves differently

How Do We Decide What’s Right for You?

How Do We Decide
What’s Right for You?

Every lesion is different, and not everything needs to be removed.
During your consultation, your dermatologist will consider:
  • What the lesion is likely to be
  • Whether it shows any concerning features
  • Your symptoms (pain, irritation, changes)
  • Your preferences and concerns
From there, they’ll explain whether removal, monitoring, or another approach is more appropriate.
