Dr Kok Wai Leong

Dr Kok Wai Leong is a dermatologist with clinical expertise in eczema, psoriasis, allergies, and skin cancers. He treats both adults and children, and is skilled in skin surgery, cosmetic procedures, lasers, phototherapy, and biologic treatments for complex inflammatory and immunological skin conditions.

Previously a Visiting Consultant at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, Singapore National Skin Centre, and Singapore General Hospital, Dr Kok also serves on the boards of the Chapter of Dermatologists and the Executive Committee of the Dermatological Society of Singapore.

He is recognised for excellence in patient care and is known for his personalised, patient-centric approach. Actively involved in clinical research, he has published in peer-reviewed journals, presented at international conferences, and received teaching awards for his academic contributions at NUS and NTU medical schools.

Dr Kok also has a strong interest in occupational dermatology. He served as a medical assessor for the Civil Aviation Medical Board and as a visiting consultant for the Singapore Armed Forces. A former Commanding Officer of the Medical Response Force, he supported COVID-19 medical operations and received the Public Administration Medal (Bronze).

He is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore, and a member of various dermatological and medical societies both locally and internationally.

Dr Kong Yan Ling

MBBS (Singapore), PG Dip (UK), FAMS (Dermatology)

Dr Kong Yan Ling is an MOH-accredited Consultant Dermatologist with expertise in paediatric, general, aesthetic dermatology, and skin surgery.

A Dean’s List graduate from the National University of Singapore, she topped the national Dermatology Exit Examination in 2018 and later completed a Diploma and Master’s in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University.

Previously a Consultant at the National Skin Centre and Visiting Consultant at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, Dr Kong also served as a clinical tutor at NUS and NTU and held the role of Assistant Chief Registrar at NSC. She was awarded the Ego–NSC Registrar Fellowship, completing an overseas attachment in Melbourne.

Dr Kong is actively involved in dermatology research, with numerous publications and textbook contributions, especially in paediatric dermatology. She is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore, and a member of several local and international dermatological societies.
